WHO WE ARE

We are a small Woman and Veteran owned business with a combined 15 years of experience in construction, design, safety, and material handling. Located in the Denver area, we focus on asbestos building inspections for residential, commercial, and buildings of all types.

Based off our professional backgrounds, Mathews Air Quality was established to fill the ongoing void of quality, personable, and professional inspections.

ANDREW MATHEWS, GSP, ASHM

Andrew served 11 years in the United States Air Force as an Aircraft Structural Mechanic spending most of his time with the B-52 Stratofortress at Barksdale Air Force Base. He left the military at the rank of Technical Sergeant to obtain his degree in Occupational Safety and Health from the University of Houston.

Andrew is currently a Safety Manager and an Industrial Hygienist for a local manufacturer in the Denver area. Through his experience in the military, oil & gas, construction, and manufacturing he has gained extensive knowledge in protecting human health from all types of hazards.

MARIAH BURAS-MATHEWS, RID, ASID, NCIDQ

Mariah is a licensed interior designer with a strong understanding of commercial and hospitality industry standards. Her vast experience (10+ years) and strong interpersonal skills provides invaluable support to the MAQ team. Mariah is an organized problem solver whose work is based on the foundation of collaboration between all parties for the most innovative solutions.
